DAY 3

DAY THREE

basically today's itinerary was the only day planned
we signed up for a one day tour!
huishan's mum's idea!
which i think was an extremely good one
because if the whole trip was a shopping spree,
it would be quite meaningless as one can shop practically in any country
but it is not everyday that we get to experience temples, memorials, MOUNTAINS! hot springs etc

deer's foetus, apparently very good for complexion

taiwan's buildings are so much beautiful than singapore's
it's like HDB but all the houses are carefully architectured and built!
seee what i like about it its that the colour coordination is at least soothing with the eye
and that they having protruding structures, whether it be the balcony or the window sills
(unlike sgp, hdb all flat flat squarish looking,
even the balcony is within the dimensions of the flat,
if u know what i mean)



after the many temples and memorial halls + food
we went up a mountain jiu fen

went down the hill to this scenic place
where apparently alot of pple queue up to take photo with the queen;s head
try to spot it in the picture!





after which we went to get our fortune told!
the shifu said that i got good romance luck!! HAHAH quite true la.
and that i need to be more patient and put more effort in order to be successful.
VERY TRUE INDEED.


at night we went to shilin night market!
no taipei trip is completed without buying ji pai @ shilin!
then went to shilin market to shop! HAHAHA
